123 Sesame St - Cooperating Broker Details

As you are welcome to negotiate your terms in submitting an offer, presented is the agreed commsission to be paid by the seller to cooperating brokers with complete, valid, and executed Buyer Broker Agreement.

Our Process

Submitting Offers

Please submit offers complete with all initials, signatures, dates, and pertinent information. This include, but not limited to, proof of funds/pre-approval of mortgage.

Under Contract

Once terms are met, and all parties have signed the documents needed to be under contract, inspections will be scheduled to meet the needs of both the seller and buyer.

Closing 

Once the property has closed in the agreed upon date of the original contracted amount, the seller agrees to pay a cooperating broker 3% of the total sales price at closing.
