Meet William Dailey, "The Local"
Born and raised in Florida, William has spent time living in some of Florida's most sought after locations. William orriginally began a professional career following his father's fottsteps to pursue Firefighting and EMS. After 15 year of service, William decided it was time to spend the best days with the residents, rather than some of thier worst days. After marrying his High School sweetheart, they had three kids and settled on the Fun Coast of Florida.
Real esate was never on William's mind until he became educated on how much ownership could help people as an investment. The pride and ownership of a home is something William is passionate about. Knowing the lifestyles of these communities is one of the most important consideraations when choosing real estate. Along with his wife, William travels locally to all the great things the locals enjoy to capture on video and blog to help display all the areas beauty.
When William is not finding someones dream home, he is usually on a bicycle in the forest trails, BMX racetracks, or maybe rolling around at the skateparks.
Why use a Local?
A local is always going to know the best places to eat, catch live music, parks to enjoy, and all the things that make a location great. When I am not enjoying real estate ventures, I am spending time with my family, friends, or just myself at a local beach or establishement. I always enjot mountain biking in all the Florida forest and swamp trails we have here in the state. Believe it or not, there are quit a few.
The Wild Side
Life on the wild side, where I love to be. My favorite place to be here in Florida in in the forest or olf Florida landscapes. I camp regularly with my friends enjoying some of the best memories I have. Bringing my family to enjoy the Florida Springs and sometimes we camp close enough to the ocean we have water veiws. Florida has so many dynamics to enjoy, it's no wonder we are called paradise.
“William's job is to find and attract mastery-based agents to the office, protect the culture, and make sure everyone is happy! ”
