This building was built around the 1920s, and is very well constructed. The lot size is 240 feet on Hwy 17 by 80 feet deep. This location is about one hour from four larger cities (Daytona Beach, St Augustine, Jacksonville and Deland). The light-industrial zoning means you can do everything commercial zoning allows and more. This building is currently being used as a motor mechanics shop, specializing in boat motors and parts.
